1. How do I place an order on Bipubunny?

Ordering your custom item is simple: (1) Choose your style and check our Size Guide, (2) Click Add to Cart, (3) Review your automatic multi-item bundle discount (5% OFF on 2 items, 7% OFF on 3 items, 10% OFF on 4+ items), and (4) Complete checkout via PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, or NOWPayments.

2. How can I pay with a Credit or Debit Card?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and NOWPayments. All transactions are processed securely in USD over 256-bit SSL encryption.

3. What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. Our customer support team will update your address and confirm right away. Please note that addresses cannot be changed once the order has entered production or shipped.

4. When will I receive my tracking number?

All of our products are custom made-to-order and quality inspected within 3 - 5 Business Days. As soon as your package is dispatched, we will email your tracking number so you can follow your shipment on our Track Your Order page.

5. How long does shipping take and how do I get Free Shipping?

After our 3 - 5 Business Days production time, standard shipping takes 5 - 8 Business Days within the United States ($5.99 flat rate + $4.00 per extra item) and 7 - 14 Business Days for International orders ($7.99 flat rate + $5.99 per extra item). We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $120.00 USD (USA) and over $150.00 USD (International)!
