1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Thresholds

We ship both domestically across the United States (including all 50 states, APO/FPO, and US territories) and internationally. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and shipping method:

2. Order Processing & Production Time

Because every item at Bipubunny is custom made-to-order, your order goes through printing, curing, quality control, and protective packaging before dispatch:

• Standard Production & Handling Time: 3 - 5 Business Days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Total Estimated Delivery Time Formula: Total Delivery Time = Production Time (3 - 5 Business Days) + Shipping Transit Time.
• US Standard Total Delivery Estimate: 8 - 13 Business Days from the date of your order.
• International Standard Total Delivery Estimate: 10 - 19 Business Days from the date of your order.

3. Order Tracking & Carrier Partners

As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link (USPS, UPS, DHL eCommerce, or local postal partners). You can monitor your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order page. Please allow 24 - 48 hours after receiving your tracking email for the carrier's portal to display the initial scan.

4. Address Accuracy, Split Shipments & Customs

• Address Changes: If you need to update your delivery address, please contact [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is in active production or dispatched, the shipping address cannot be altered.
• Multi-Item Orders: If your order includes different product categories (for example, a 3D printed hoodie and an acrylic collectible), items may be shipped in separate protective packages at no extra shipping charge to ensure safe and timely arrival.
• International Customs & Import Duties: International shipments may be subject to local import taxes or customs duties once the parcel reaches your country. Customs policies vary by country; any applicable import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
