BTS Distressed Baseball Cap

When I first pulled this hat out of the box, the first thing I noticed was the tactile quality of the fabric. It has that substantial, grainy weight that only comes from high-quality washed cotton. I wanted to design a piece that felt like a well-loved concert souvenir, something you have owned for years, rather than a stiff, mass-produced item that never quite sits right on your head.

Looking closely at the physical item, the embroidery work stands out immediately. The red logo pops against the distressed white canvas, creating a sharp contrast that looks great in any lighting. I personally oversaw the tension of the stitching to ensure the names of the members remain crisp without pulling the fabric. We added the deliberate fraying along the brim and panels because I believe streetwear is about attitude, and this design captures that energy perfectly.
