Nightmare Before Christmas Mummy Boy Vinyl Figure

Among the strange citizens who fill the cobblestones of Halloween Town in Tim Burton and Henry Selick’s 1993 stop-motion film The Nightmare Before Christmas, few background characters carry as much quiet charm as Mummy Boy. Spotted in the bustling workshop during the town-wide song “Making Christmas” and later peering up at Sandy Claws, the pint-sized youngster brings gentle humor to the film’s gothic world. This Nightmare Before Christmas Mummy Boy Vinyl Figure translates his stop-motion puppet proportions into a three-dimensional molded PVC/vinyl collectible designed for dark-fantasy shelves, work desks, and cinema display cases.

Sculpted Bandage Relief & Expressive Cyclops Gaze

Rather than relying on a flat printed surface, the figure’s oversized spherical head and slender torso are carved with crisscrossing three-dimensional bandage strips. A matte weathered bone-white and ash-gray finish settles into the recessed folds with dark charcoal crevice shading, giving the wrappings the aged, dusty look of ancient linen. Right at the center of the forehead, the diagonal wraps part into a sharp triangular opening that frames Mummy Boy’s single sulfur-yellow iris and deep black pupil.

The body posture captures him mid-stride: his right arm curves downward with curled bandaged fingers while his left hand reaches outward in an inquisitive gesture, balanced by a loose bandage tail draped at his collar. Because the solid vinyl base is weighted across both sculpted feet, the figurine stands securely on open wood shelving, stacked hardcovers, or media consoles without requiring a separate stand.

Dual Display Flexibility: Out-of-Box or Window-Boxed

Collectors who prefer mint-in-box presentation can keep the figure housed inside its matte-black Pop! Movies #01 clear-window collector box, which features The Nightmare Before Christmas title header and matching character artwork on the front corner. Positioned beside mainstays like Jack Skellington and Sally or tucked next to potted greenery on a study bookcase, the piece adds authentic Halloween Town character lore to any space.
