The main feature is a nod to the iconic Oseberg vessel, a relic that reminds us of the ingenuity of early navigators. By combining these historical roots with a modern, athletic fit, we have created something that feels as meaningful as it is comfortable to wear.

The Heritage and Legacy

The Viking era, spanning roughly 793 AD to 1066 AD, defined the geopolitical landscape of Northern Europe. Norwegian explorers and traders utilized advanced longships to navigate the North Sea and the Atlantic. In modern sports, this legacy is frequently referenced by the Norwegian national football team, nicknamed “Drillos” during their peak performance years in the 1990s, when they reached the FIFA World Cup in 1994 and 1998. The maroon color palette reflects the deep, rich tones often found in traditional Norwegian folk art and historical textiles.

The embroidered ship graphic serves as a visual link to the Gokstad and Oseberg finds, representing strength and navigation. The inclusion of the national flag on the sail connects ancient exploration with the modern era of Norwegian international competition.
