Honoring Three Super Bowl Dynasties and RFK Stadium Memories
During the 1980s and early 1990s, legendary head coach Joe Gibbs guided Washington through an unforgettable championship era, claiming Super Bowls XVII, XXII, and XXVI. Powered by the dominant ‘Hogs’ offensive line and deafening stands at RFK Stadium, those squads defined football excellence. This Christmas ornament captures that pride with the proud badge: ‘Yes, I’m Old But I Saw Greatness.’ Displayed in classic heritage burgundy and mustard gold, it sparks nostalgic conversations every holiday season.
Durable Disc Construction and Double-Sided Dye Print
Measuring 3 to 4 inches in diameter, each medallion is manufactured from durable ceramic or cast acrylic. The double-sided dye-sublimation process infuses pigment deep into the material substrate, shielding against chipping, fading, and edge discoloration. Both faces display bold typography and team insignia, providing a complete visual presentation as it turns softly on holiday tree branches.
Balanced Tree Display and Long-Term Fan Keepsake
The ornament arrives with a pre-tied satin hanging ribbon that loops easily over pine or spruce branches without bending them downward. The balanced disc profile pairs naturally with twinkling tree lights and garland. When January arrives, fans often hang the medallion in home sports dens, garages, or vehicle mirrors as a permanent badge of gridiron loyalty.
